Positive Intelligence & Mental Fitness

The Positive Intelligence Program (PQ) provides the opportunity to identify and decrease negative thoughts, what we call Saboteurs, and work to increase positive thoughts, what we call Sage. When our Saboteur brain is activated, we react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions, like stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt or worry. The Sage brain handles challenges through positive emotions, like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self confidence, and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action.

Programs:

Mental Fitness Bootcamp

A 7 week program including:

  • Saboteur Self Assessment 

  • “Positive Intelligence” Audiobook Excerpts (by NYT best selling author Shirzad Charmine)

  • PQ app - available on Apple and Android, as well as a desktop version

  • Focus – 7 weekly hour-long videos and daily 15-minute app-guided exercises

  • Pod - support and accountability group, to meet once a week for an hour over zoom to discuss the week's training

  • Gym - includes guided sessions to practice and log PQ reps, a foundational practice for building your mental fitness

  • Community - the internal network for the PQ Program

  • Modules - lessons essential for completing the program

  • Continued Access to the App and Videos for 1 Year

Mental Fitness Bootcamp & Coaching

A 3-month program including:

  • The Mental Fitness Bootcamp

  • 4 weeks one on one coaching and support taking the skills to life situations, applying & integrating, mastering Mental Fitness
