When you sign up for “I am Planning” sessions we will work on two fronts. I will help you honor and process all the feelings you are having. The excited, upbeat and happy emotions along with the fearful thoughts that can come up during significant moves . We will create coping strategies to help you stay focused on all the things you are needing to do.
